Cycling Bicycle Bike
How do I set up a racing cycle bike (bicycle)?
I have acquired a racing bike, designed for road use, that has been fully serviced and done up to full working order and i am keen to start riding.
I am however a slight novice.
I know how to ride a bike but have no expertise on setting up the bike with regards to saddle height, tyre pressures, racing techniques etc.
Any help from experienced cyclists would be gratefully received.
Oh yeah one more point.
I took it to "Roy's Bikes" the local bike shop to get it serviced and done up.
He is a great technician and mechanic but a bit of a knob.
He is about as helpful as a blind man at a where's waldo/wally (depending on your continent) competition.
