Disc Brake Pads
Mazda brake pads is an important part of the braking system or use a drum or disc brakes. It is essentially a steel backing plate with a storage friction material or glued to the side facing the brake disk or drum. Has ability to convert their kinetic energy in a moving vehicle thermal energy through friction. The brake pads are fixed to the brake shoe, one on each side of the brake rotor. Top of brake linings are made of asbestos, and that known for their ability to absorb heat and quiet braking operations. This piston then do its job of compressing or squeezing the brake pads, allowing it to rub against the rotor. This process creates friction that the wheels stop turning.
When the Mazda brake pad is subjected to heat from friction to create touch with the rotor or drum, the transfer begins small amounts of material on the disk, which makes platelets opaque gray appearance. The disc brake rotor, now these friction materials, will be "linked" each other to provide effective braking power. However, the friction plate against the brake disc is responsible for the vast majority of braking power. In disc brake applications, usually occupied by two wafers are disc brakes, to be held in place and operated through the brake caliper is stuck the right axis of the wheel or suspension.
