What do you do with your kid's socks that don't have mates?
My sister's friend gave me 2 trash bags full of clothing about 3 months ago. I have about 20 unmated socks left over....I've search high and low. There are no unmated socks in the kid's drawers or behind the washer.... somehow I just got all these unmated socks.
I don't want to throw them away but doubt that Goodwill will take unmated socks? There are plenty of people that would love to have the socks even if they don't match.
So, what do I do with them? Thanks!
EDIT: When I say they don't match, I mean they don't match. They are all different colors shapes designs... Different namebrands different types...
I used to post my unmatched socks on craigslist. A lot of people use them for crafts. They always seem to go fast. Sometimes I'll even call the local schools just to see if there interested in something like that. I've given them to schools before to use however they wanted. We now buy one color of sock so we no longer have to worry about missing mates.
