What brand of padded cycling shorts you recommend?
Only bicycling. I love it, except for pain in the buttocks. I'm thinking of getting padded cycling shorts, what you think. What have you tried and what you like? Thank you. BTW, please let me know their experience with cycling shoes as well. Thanks again.
I would check to PI (Pearl Izumi), and shorts Canari Cannondale. On the road, PI has an impressive entry-level short, short attack. The chamois is almost perfect, which is awesome because it seams to rub and mocking the cause. For the mountain, I think Cannondale and Fox are the best short of money, which tend to have a very decent chamois and very rugged / durable. When looking at shorts, turn upside down, and check out the chamois (pad). The placement of the landfill and how much will tell you what kind of riding the short is for, if its more on the back of a rider in an upright position or more in front of a Crouch road. Also check Stiching / seams, because the more there are, the more they scrub. I would stay away from gel-filled, its a little more expensive and not worth it, in my opinion. Right now I'm using the Novara Trionfo road II short and pants economic short Cannondale mountain. Shoe wise, I worry about getting one that fits perfectly. I prefer Sidis, they feel very nice on my feet, but I friends who swear by Shimano or Cannondale shoes. Finding a decent bike shop, and take a lot of size in Note: Almost all the shoes for bicycles at European EX/42 sizes of 43, so if you arent sure what size, check your running shoes and start there.
