Can (52/42/30 a Mirage Campagnolo) and rods (marked 9 speed) is used with Veloce 10 speed brake / shifter?

I'm building my first road bike. I have a frame (08 aluminum Motobecane Fanton Cruz) and a Compagnon Mirage * 52/42/30 "crankset. I am willing to buy the brake / Set of change and a cassette. The price difference between the Compy Mirage (9 speed) and speed (10 speed) Brake / Set shifter is minimal. What I choose? This will also lead to the game tape to go with the brake / gear lever. The Mirage crankset was marked "9 EXA unit speed", and I try use with a cassette Veloce 10 speed Quick Shift coincide with Rear.

Well actually no "9 speed crank set," so in 9 speed cassette and the same speed for 10, including gears. You want it to be right, especially for Campy. Works great when you have the right controls, changes velocity, and the cassette to the correct speed group. And for the record ..... Campagnolo is much better than Shimano. Who do you think invented the derailleur first? I to say this. If you are concerned about the maintenance, for example if something breaks, while out riding, you can find parts that are more compatible Shimano to Campy. You can set Campy parts, but is a bit slow and painstaking, but well worth it when you are running without problems. Good luck!
