I'm going to moderate trails and riding on the road when I buy my new mountain bike you should get a 21 or 24 speed?
What is better. 21 or 24 speed mountain bikes and off the track cycling?
As you are considering a 21 and 24 speed bicycles, I am assuming you are looking at bikes in a box store there is not much for the quality of the bikes have to have a 7-speed rear cassette. In this case, pass a few dollars more to go to a good bike shop and get a bike that will last for 40 pounds and not (as the box store bikes do) as heavy motorcycles are fun to drive. Box store bikes are not intended for off-road use, despite its appearance. Check the seat post and find a warning label about the intended use. Now when you get to a bike shop most of the bike to be 27 speed at which you can find 24, but in this case the differences are small to go with the best offer.
